HotDealsNearby.com ("we," "us," or "our") offers a free platform for users to discover local deals and for business owners to list their promotions. Business owners may also purchase optional week-long advertising to feature their deals in specific geographic areas. Our goal is to connect users with nearby businesses while providing business owners a flexible and supportive promotional tool.
Users must be at least 13 years old to access our platform. Business owners must be 18 years or older to create listings or purchase advertising. By using our services, you confirm you meet these age requirements. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy at our sole discretion.
Users and business owners may register accounts using Google or Apple OAuth for secure authentication. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to maintain the security of your account credentials. We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account. Accounts with false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
Listing basic deals on our platform is free for business owners. Business owners may purchase week-long advertising to feature their deals prominently in a specific area. Pricing and availability are subject to change at our discretion. Payments for featured deals are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store payment details. All sales for featured deal advertising are final and non-refundable, unless we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service due to our error. We reserve the right to approve, modify, or reject featured deal submissions to ensure quality and compliance with our content policies as outlined in Section 5. Featured deals are paid advertisements and do not constitute an endorsement by HotDealsNearby.
Business owners are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate, lawful, and compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. We encourage business owners to promote their deals freely, but we do not guarantee the performance, effectiveness, or customer response to any listing. All content submitted to our platform, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and links, must adhere to our content standards. We prohibit content that:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review, approve, reject, edit, or remove any deal or content that violates these policies or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, with or without notice. If you are a business owner and believe your deal or content was posted without your consent, you may request removal by contacting us at support@hotdealsnearby.com. We will review and remove such content within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24–48 hours, at our discretion. We may use automated tools or manual review to monitor and moderate content, but we are not obligated to pre-screen all submissions. Business owners retain ownership of their content, granting us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote it on our platform. Repeated violations of our content policy may result in account suspension or termination. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on our platform, please submit via our contact form.
We utilize third-party services, including but not limited to IP location providers (e.g., ipapi.co), map services (e.g., OpenLayers), and address search tools (e.g., Nominatim), to enhance our platform. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which you agree to by using our platform. We are not liable for the accuracy, availability, or performance of these third-party services.
Our platform may use real-time geolocation (if permitted by you), IP-based location estimation, or third-party address search tools to display relevant deals. You may disable geolocation through your device or browser settings, though this may limit functionality. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in location data or deal recommendations derived from these services.

We reserve the absolute right to remove, suspend, or delete any user, account, deal, or content at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or actions we deem detrimental to our platform or community. This includes removing deals or content posted without the business owner’s consent, upon their request, as outlined in Section 5. If your content or account is removed or suspended, you may contact us at support@hotdealsnearby.com to request a review. We reserve the right to uphold or reverse our decision at our sole discretion. We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities or third parties in investigating suspected illegal activities or violations of these terms.
HotDealsNearby.com is not liable for transactions, disputes, or interactions between users and business owners. We do not guarantee that deals will be honored, prices will remain unchanged, or businesses will fulfill promotions. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of deals, business information, or images posted on our platform, including any discrepancies between illustrative images and a business’s actual offerings. We are not liable for any damages arising from user-generated content that violates our content policy, including but not limited to offensive, illegal, harmful, or regulated material such as gambling or alcohol promotions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or reputational harm, whether caused by inaccurate deal information, misrepresentation, or otherwise. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for advertising services in the preceding 7 days. We do not warrant that businesses will honor deals, that deal information will be accurate, or that our platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We may post deals and business information on our platform, including but not limited to promotional offers, business descriptions, addresses, and contact details, sourced from publicly available information or user submissions. We strive to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the correctness or currency of such information. If you are a business owner and wish to have your deal or information removed, please contact us at support@hotdealsnearby.com as outlined in Section 5. You acknowledge that posting deals or content on our platform does not constitute endorsement or affiliation with the business. We are not responsible for any claims of intellectual property infringement, defamation, or misrepresentation arising from deals or content posted on our platform, whether by us or by users. You agree not to post or reproduce deal information or content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted text, images, or trademarks, without permission.
We may use generic, illustrative images (e.g., stock photos of food or dining settings) to accompany deals on our platform. These images are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent the actual offerings, ambiance, or quality of the businesses listed. We are not liable for any discrepancies between these images and the actual business, nor for any resulting claims of misrepresentation or consumer confusion.
We may suspend, terminate, or discontinue your access to our platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, at our sole discretion. We may also modify or discontinue any feature of our service without liability to you or any third party.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kenton County, Kentucky.
